The popular television series'' The Gilmore Girls'' has acquired a large painting by Jon Tobin .The painting ; ''New Dundee Pasture'' is to be installed on the main set above the mantel .The producer of the show is a  fan of Tobin's art and  the ethereal  properties of  the artists work .
